I started my real estate career in 1978 when I first obtained my real estate salesman's license. Three years later, I had earned top sales awards and learned a lot about the business. I increased my educational requirements, took the broker's test and passed. Opening my first office in 1981 in Texas.
Over my forty plus year career in real estate, I have owned and operated numerous offices, built homes, developed land and trained many agents. I hold ABR, GRI, Tahs, and e-Pro designations.
Today, I am retired and writing about my experiences and expertise. I enjoy teaching agents and sharing advice to buyers and sellers. My books are designed to be a help to consumers and agents/brokers alike.
